Purpose of the programme

EnviroProcess endeavours to maintain a transparent business climate and adhere to a high standard of business ethics.

Anyone who suspects irregularities that violate the law or that may be in the public interest to disclose has the possibility to report this with protection against retaliation. The whistleblower can choose to provide information anonymously.

What can be reported?

  • Irregularities that break the law.
  • Irregularities where the disclosure is in the public interest.

If the report does not fall within the scope of the above, the case should be handled according to EnviroProcess internal guidelines and policies.

Who can make a report?

  • Employees
  • Interns
  • Consultants and subcontractors
  • Shareholders who are actively involved in the company
  • Job seekers
  • Members of the administrative, management and supervisory bodies of the undertaking

How is a report made?

Anyone with a complaint or concern about irregularities related to EnviroProcess should in the first instance contact their manager, the HR department or a member of the management team.

EnviroProcess is part of the Skion Water Group and all reports are sent directly to Skion via Safecall.

If you wish to make an anonymous report, Skion Water Group offers a whistleblowing service where you can raise your concerns in your native language. All reports are handled confidentially.
