Consumable chemicals for bathing water - with safety and efficiency in focus
EnviroProcess offers a wide range of consumable chemicals for safe and effective water treatment. We help you choose the right product, comply with applicable regulations and optimise both dosing and operation - regardless of the type of plant or water quality.
Choose the right chemical - with the right safety
- According to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulation (AFS 2011:19) written risk assessment
- Consideration must be given to the characteristics of the chemicals, the working environment and water quality
- We offer counselling for safe selection and handling
Choosing the right chemical requires a written risk assessment, which is required by law. The risk assessment helps to choose the appropriate chemical and working method. When choosing a product, all handling risks must be considered, not just the chemical risks. Knowledge of the chemical, its use and reactions is necessary for a correct choice. Various factors such as water quality influence the choice of chemical. For more information and support in choosing a chemical and chemical safety, please refer to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations (AFS 2011:19). You can also contact EnviroProcess for advice on safe chemical handling.
Flocculants and P-Flock
- P-Flock - concentrated flocculant developed for bathing water
- Pre-hydrolysed and high basicity - also suitable for low alkalinity
- Use with chemical scale and P-flock app for precise dosing
Optimise your flocculant consumption using our chemistry scale and the "P-flock" app for correct setting. P-flock is a concentrated flocculant, specifically developed for bathing water treatment. It helps to quickly flocculate and effectively separate organic contaminants in the filter system. With pre-hydrolysis and high basicity, P-flock is suitable for all types of bathing waters, even those with low alkalinity.
Important basic rules for good flocking
- Perform thorough mixing at a dosing point with high turbulence in the pipe.
- Reaction time before the filter should be more than 10 seconds for better results.
- Maintain a steady flow in the pipe after mixing, max 1.5 m/s.
- Continuous dosing around the clock.
- The result should be checked by turbidity meter, CODMn analysis and redox measurement.
Salt for chlorine production and pH adjustment
- High quality salts that fulfil EU Biocides Directive (528/2012)
- According to standard SS-EN 16370 for membrane electrolysis
- The right salt = fewer breakdowns and by-products
To ensure effective disinfection and pH adjustment, we offer high-quality salts for chlorine production. The salt must fulfil the Biocides Directive (EU) 528/2012 and be designed according to EN 16370 "Salt for the electrochemical production of sodium hypochlorite using membrane cells" to avoid operational disturbances and by-products.
