Information for customers of Enwa Badeanlegg AS and Enviroprocess Norway AS.
Enviroprocess Norway AS is a company in EnviroWater Nordic AB. Since July 2024, Enwa Badeanlegg AS has also been owned by EnviroWater Nordic AB.
On 1 November 2024, Enwa Badeanlegg AS will be merged into Enviroprocess Norway AS. All obligations and agreements Enwa Badeanlegg has will be transferred to Enviroprocess Norway AS org. no. 992 738 022.
Office and warehouse addresses will remain unchanged. The merger also does not involve any changes in personnel. Your usual contact persons in ENWA and EnviroProcess will not be changed after the merger.
All current contracts, guarantees, authorisations, insurances, etc. are transferred to
EnviroProcess Norway AS.
The merged company will be able to offer even broader expertise in the construction, operation and maintenance of swimming facilities. At the same time as we will have increased capacity, a wider range of products will also be available to our customers.
Our goal going forward is to build the best, most environmentally friendly and cost-effective bathing facilities, as well as delivering first-class products and service.
