Nolhaga Parkbad in Alingsås strengthens the safety of its visitors with the AI-based safety and drowning alarm system Lynxight, supplied and installed by EnviroProcess.
This spring, EnviroProcess delivered and installed the AI-based safety and drowning alarm system Lynxight in the facility's three largest pools.
Lynxight uses advanced AI technology and camera-based monitoring to detect anomalous situations in the water and quickly alert staff. If a potential risk situation is identified, an alarm is sent directly to the lifeguards' smartwatch with information on where in the pool the event has been detected.
The system serves as a technical support for staff and complements the regular lifeguard service. The aim is to create even better conditions for rapid intervention and increased safety for both bathers and staff.
- "We see an increased interest in modern safety solutions in the public bathing industry. Lynxight is a powerful tool that helps staff to detect risks early and create a safer bathing environment," says Johanna Högberg, Administrative Sales Manager at EnviroProcess.
The solution is installed without interfering with the pool structure and can be integrated into both new and existing facilities. In addition to drowning alarms, the system also offers statistical and analytical functions that provide valuable insights into pool utilisation.
We thank Alingsås municipality for the trust and look forward to contributing to an even safer bathing environment for visitors and staff at Nolhaga Parkbad.
