This is our own coffee, designed to be shared in contexts where quality actually matters.

As part of our everyday life, in basements, in offices and as a small, warm proof that we take details very seriously.

But... why does a water treatment company make its own coffee?
Yes, because we believe in a universal truth:
Right filtration + right process = quality.

About the coffee you hold in your hand

This is a medium-dark brewed coffee with a distinct character and fine balance.
That is, it has backbone, yet is pleasant in meetings.

Flavour profile:
Flavourful and full-bodied, with pleasant acidity and a good aftertaste that lingers a little longer than some suppliers.

Beans & origin:

• 100% arabica
• Beans from East Africa, Brazil and washed coffee from Latin America

The coffee is Rainforest Alliance certified, which means it is produced with respect for the environment, biodiversity and fair labour conditions.

Because sustainability is not a trend. It is fundamental to us.

Quantity:
110 grams of brewed coffee = about 10-12 cups (depending on how generously you interpret the word “cup”.)

Why coffee is important to us

At Enviroprocess, we work with water treatment for public swimming pools, spas and bathing facilities.
There, water quality is not a bonus, it is a key to the whole experience.

And coffee is really the same thing in miniature:

• An experience that is determined by details.
• A process that requires both expertise and discipline.

And even good coffee starts with clean water
Not with luck. Not with “it will work out”, but with quality right from the start.

Filtration, the basis for a clean result

When water passes through a coffee filter, something happens that we deal with every day.

• unwanted substances are separated
• the right properties are preserved
• the flavour is cleaner, clearer and more balanced

Different filters, similar principle.

And this is where it becomes clear why we are so geekily passionate:

filtering is not magic. It is technology, and technology requires knowledge.

Because a filter is not “just a filter”.
It is a decision. A system. A result of the right choice of materials, the right sizing and the right understanding of the process.

There is a difference between filtering and filtering correctly.

Contact time, a key in both coffee and water purification

In water treatment we often talk about contact time:
i.e. how long the water is allowed to work together with the filter media to produce the right effect.

And it is exactly the same with coffee brewing.

• Too short contact time → thin and unbalanced
• Too long contact time → bitter and overextracted

But when the flow, contact time and process are right... that's when we like it.

Pure flavour, stable quality and a result that lasts over time.

Processes that last, for real

We like sustainability.
But we don't like it as a slogan.
We like it as a reality.

Because sustainability is in practice one big jigsaw puzzle:

• the right technology
• proper maintenance
• the right skills
• the right decision at the right time

And that's where many people go wrong, thinking that sustainability is a product.

But sustainability is a process, a series of choices that must work every day, year after year.
