ProSec Mini Self-produced disinfectant - for small to medium-sized pools
The ProSec Mini is a compact electrolysis plant that uses saline and water to produce disinfectant. Production is started and stopped by an external chlorine meter and the chlorine solution produced is fed directly into the basin circuit (without intermediate storage).
ProSec Mini / L and NXT are tested and approved according to SS-EN 17818:2024
Supplied complete with brine tank and softening filter
ProSec Mini is supplied complete with brine tank and softening filter and is suitable for pools with circulation flow up to about 35 m3/h. For treatment of larger flows, several units are connected in parallel, which are then cascade controlled (stepping in as needed).
Capacity max. 70 g/h active chlorine (ca 1.5 kg/d)
Salt consumption about 2.4 kg/kg chlorine
Electrolytic chlorination
- Improving the working environment
- Safe handling
- Always fresh produce
ProSec L
The ProSec-L is a compact electrolysis unit that uses saline and water to produce disinfectant (Sodium Hypochlorite 0.7 %). The chlorine solution is stored in a buffer tank and can be dosed to any number of systems using standard dosing pumps (optional).
ProSec L comes complete with brine tank, buffer tank with level control, hydrogen evacuation with fan guard, leak guard for containment, softening filter, automatic water shut-off, warning label and hardness test kit.
Capacity max. 400 g/h active chlorine (approx. 8.8 kg/d)
Salt consumption about 3 kg/kg chlorine
ProSec NXT
Self-produced disinfectant - without chloride leakage
ProSec NXT and ProSec A are equipped with membrane electrolysis which prevents chlorides from leaking into the pool, as is the case with a conventional manufacturing method. When unwanted chlorides leak into the bathing water, the aggressiveness increases dramatically and all equipment including concrete is at risk of damage.
ProSec NXT - from small to large baths
The machine is a compact factory-tested unit complete with pipework and electrical installation in a protective steel rack. The NXT uses salt tablets for the production of pure and strong sodium hypochlorite solution, without chloride leakage. The solution is stored in a buffer tank and can serve any number of pools.
ProSec NXT - safe technology for chlorine production
- Power steps from 6 to 60 kg per day.
- Extremely low salt consumption (1.7 kg salt/kg chlorine)
- Integrated membrane cleaning
- High concentration of sodium hypochlorite with excellent stability (23 g/l)
- Maximum operational and operator safety
- Integrated heat recovery
- Dosing can be done at several dosing points
- PLC-controlled system with plain text display
- Modular unit - all tested and ready
ProSec NXT essentially consists of:
- Membrane electrolysis cell
- Water softeners

Important information on the Biocides Directive (EU)528/2012
Salt used for chlorine production must comply with the Biocides Directive (EU)528/2012.
To avoid malfunctions and by-products, the salt shall also be designed according to EN 16370 "Salt for the electrochemical production of sodium hypochlorite using membrane cells" of quality 1.
