Programmes with a long-term perspective

Over the past few decades, EnviroProcess has trained more than 2,000 operating technicians and other pool personnel throughout the Nordic region. For us, it is a matter of taking responsibility for ensuring that all the facilities we supply also perform as intended and are also updated and developed over time. That those responsible at all levels understand the facility and are well versed in how it works and what can be done to optimise its operation.

At its core, it is about safety. Training for increased safety, both for bathing guests and for those who have and take responsibility and work at the facility. After all, it's about important factors such as laws and regulations, optimised chemical and energy use, good hygiene and, not least, a safe workplace.

Training on site and/or in our test facility

At the head office in Kungsbacka, EnviroProcess offers an industry-unique training centre with state-of-the-art lecture rooms adjacent to a complete machine room and pool area. But of course we also provide on-site training with the current plant in focus. We also provide training for new staff to avoid problems, such as staff turnover.

Test facility for effective training

At our premises in Kungsbacka, our course participants have access to a fully equipped machine room. The courses within the framework of Step 1, "General Technology and Cleaning and Hygiene" are conducted during the year at selected locations around Sweden and the Nordic region, often as one-day seminars. Our Step 2 courses are three-day training courses held at our training centre. Here, participants have the opportunity to directly test and practice their newly acquired knowledge. The training centre is also used by all EnviroProcess companies in the Nordic region to ensure that their own staff always have the right knowledge.
