EnviroProcess has delivered a modern and sustainable plant that is built to last and perform at its best for a long time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The water treatment at Rimnersbadet is divided into three separate circuits, each with powerful multilayer filters designed according to DIN 19643. Filter flushing is automatic and a combination of air, water and pressureless flushing optimises water consumption. Water from the filter flushing is collected in a sludge tank and then purified in the DINUF recycle system, after which most of it is returned to the basin systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The recovery system is designed according to DIN 19645, with a double microbiological barrier consisting of ultrafiltration (UF) and reverse osmosis (RO), and subsequent disinfection. The combination UF\/RO provides a virus barrier of at least log-7, and also removes dissolved substances such as chlorides.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

DINUF recycle recovers approx. 70% of all rinse water, and in the case of Rimnersbadet, this corresponds to a reduction of over 6000 m3<\/sup> per year.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
