Production is started and stopped by an external chlorine meter and the chlorine solution produced is fed directly into the basin circuit (without intermediate storage). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ProSec Mini is supplied complete with brine tank and softening filter and is suitable for pools with circulation flow up to about 35 m3\/h. For treatment of larger flows, several units are connected in parallel, which are then cascade controlled (stepping in as needed).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Capacity max. 70 g\/h active chlorine (ca 1.5 kg\/d)<br>Salt consumption about 2.4 kg\/kg chlorine<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ProSec L<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The ProSec-L is a compact electrolysis unit that uses saline and water to produce disinfectant (Sodium Hypochlorite 0.7 %). The chlorine solution is stored in a buffer tank and can be dosed to any number of systems using standard dosing pumps (optional).<br>ProSec L comes complete with brine tank, buffer tank with level control, hydrogen evacuation with fan guard, leak guard for containment, softening filter, automatic water shut-off, warning label and hardness test kit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Capacity max. 400 g\/h active chlorine (approx. 8.8 kg\/d)<br>Salt consumption about 3 kg\/kg chlorine<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ProSec NXT<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Self-produced disinfectant - without chloride leakage<\/strong><br>ProSec NXT and ProSec A are equipped with membrane electrolysis which prevents chlorides from leaking into the pool, as is the case with a conventional manufacturing method. When unwanted chlorides leak into the bathing water, the aggressiveness increases dramatically and all equipment including concrete is at risk of damage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>ProSec NXT - from small to large baths<\/strong><br>The machine is a compact factory-tested unit complete with pipework and electrical installation in a protective steel rack. The NXT uses salt tablets for the production of pure and strong sodium hypochlorite solution, without chloride leakage.
