New construction of a swimming pool together with PEAB.
EnviroProcess has delivered a modern and sustainable plant that is built to last and perform at its best for a long time.

The water treatment at Rimnersbadet is divided into three separate circuits, each with powerful multilayer filters designed according to DIN 19643. Filter flushing is automatic and a combination of air, water and pressureless flushing optimises water consumption. Water from the filter flushing is collected in a sludge tank and then purified in the DINUF recycle system, after which most of it is returned to the basin systems.

The recovery system is designed according to DIN 19645, with a double microbiological barrier consisting of ultrafiltration (UF) and reverse osmosis (RO), and subsequent disinfection. The combination UF/RO provides a virus barrier of at least log-7, and also removes dissolved substances such as chlorides.

DINUF recycle recovers approx. 70% of all rinse water, and in the case of Rimnersbadet, this corresponds to a reduction of over 6000 m3 per year.
