Advantages of our water tanks

The equalisation tank must have sufficient active equalisation volume and be hygienic and easy to clean. We offer hygienic water tanks made of PP material, which can be customised to suit your facility. For large volumes and where space is at a premium, we can build your tank on site. Our supplier uses a special technique for fast and safe installation even in confined spaces.
Our Collecta PP tanks are design-calculated and fulfil the requirements of DIN 19643.

Hygiene in mind

To avoid microbiological growth and operational problems, water tanks require regular cleaning. A smooth and non-porous surface, such as PP plastic, minimises the risk of growth and facilitates cleaning. It is important that the tank is fully drainable so that dirt and cleaning chemicals can be effectively flushed out. A sloping floor with a drop towards the emptying pit further facilitates cleaning.

Our standard PP tanks are manufactured in the factory and can be customised for your facility. For large volumes and confined spaces, we can build the tank on site. Collecta PP tanks are design-calculated and fulfil DIN 19643 requirements. These tanks are equipped with a manhole on top and connections for overflow, discharge and suction line. Options include transparent side hatch, more connections, sloping internal floor and LED lighting.
