Here is our Service & Support where we carry out site visits at short notice and investigations via cloud connection where possible. In addition, we have a loop on our support line for those who are in need of urgent help but have not yet signed a service agreement with us.

Authorised Service
Large authorised service department: In our endeavour to always respond to the industry's growing demand for services, our service and system technicians undergo annual training with our agencies and suppliers. This ensures the level of knowledge needed to best provide our customers with the service they expect at the pool. In addition, our technicians undergo the necessary training in safe chemical handling, hot work and electrical authorisation in accordance with the requirements of the Electrical Safety Authority.
