How we handle personal information
EnviroProcess Sweden AB, org.no: 556275-2898, is responsible of handling of your personal data that is relevant in our daily business relationship. We protect your data in accordance with applicable legislation and rules.

Types of data we collect
We collect personal data that you voluntarily provide to us, for example when you attend our events, choose to subscribe to a newsletter, communicate via e-mail or other channels where you register. The information we collect includes your name, mail address, email, language settings, phone number, job title and business.

You who receive marketing or other information from us as your professional role.

Professional role refers to all existing and potential customers, visitors of trade fairs or other events, seminars and trainings.

For you to register for an event, seminar, fair or training, you must provide us with certain personal information. The information that is required is stated in the registration form when sign up. This information is required for you to register with us. If you not fill in the information you will not be able to complete your sign up and attendance.

When you visit one of our events in your professional role, we handle your personal data for essentially the following purposes:

- To administrate your registration for the event

- To communicate with you before and during the event, e.g. to send you information about time and location.

- To send information and marketing about the event and similar events that we think you might be interested in.

Once you have signed up for one of our events, our communication to you will consist of:

- A confirmation via sms or e-mail

- Invoice by sms or e-mail

- E-mail with information and newsletters and marketing about the event and similar events that we think you might be interested in

- Newsletter on EnviroProcess activities, events and product range

- E-mail with a follow up form on the event

 You can choose to unsubscribe from certain information at any time or choose to be deleted from the register and send list.

Unregister and the right to be deleted.
You always have the opportunity to unsubscribe from information that comes from EnviroProcess Sweden AB, or you can choose which information you wish to receive. You do this by clicking on info.se@enviroprocess.com

You also have the right to be deleted from our databases, from the date you notified us you will be deleted within 90 days.

You have the right to get access of your personal data based on a balance of interests, for example when you receive a newsletter. However, this does not apply if we can present compelling justifiable reasons for the treatment that weighs heavier or if it is for the determination, exercise or defense of legal claims.

Maintenance and updating of database

We regularly update and maintenance our CRM systems by:

- Continuously clean and update the customer database.

- Clear away bounced emails and updates registers after returns on postal mailings.

Right to lodge a complaint
You have the right to submit a complaint to a competent supervisory authority (without affecting any other administrative review procedure or remedy). Such a complaint is advantageously submitted to the authority of the EU / EEA Member State where you have your normal residence, where you work or where a violation of the applicable data protection laws and regulations is alleged to have occurred. The competent supervisory authority in Sweden is the Data Inspektionen.
