The existing system at the plant will not be able to meet future requirements for the degree of purity of outgoing flue gas condensate.
The customer wants columns to clean outgoing condensate from dissolved impurities such as heavy metals.
At Kraftvärmeverket in Enköping, ENA Energi AB, heat from the flue gases is recovered via a flue gas condenser.
The existing system at the plant will not be able to meet future requirements for the degree of purity of outgoing flue gas condensate.
Ena Energi AB will therefore supplement and rebuild existing condensate training to enable the following:
Water recovery for use in the steam / water cycle at the CHP plant
Reuse of water, if necessary, for filling district heating networks
Adequate purity of the water discharged to the recipient, also for future environmental requirements

- Columns for ion exchange compound - 3 filters Technol Atlantic c60
- Feedngi pump in Titan (due to the very high salinity)
- Valves in PP
- Flow meters
- Pipe installations in PE
- Mass catcher in PP - bag filter
- Custom tanks in PP with all accessories; large manhole in the side, internal lighting, sloping bottom, emptying pit etc.
- Storage tanks for lye 30m3 (approx. 50 tonnes filled) in PE to withstand UV light, delivered ready in one piece. Third party checked by TÜV before delivery. Double walls, transparent manhole cover, internal lighting and ladder in PE by the manhole door. Internal suction lines for dosing pumps with connection-free transition to line in acid-resistant steel - accessible and easily dismantled from the manhole cover.
